Candace stumbled into yoga in late 2016 and never looked back.  A friend invited her to a class where she struggled the entire time, and loved every minute of it. 


A thirty-day challenge later, and she became die-hard yogi who looked forward to the daily escape to her mat from her hectic schedule as a consumer rights attorney.

Candace obtained her 200 RYT in power yoga under Charlotte Kilbourn Jordan in 2020. She enjoys sharing her journey with her students and watching them surpass their own expectations as they tap into unacknowledged strength.

When off the mat, Candace enjoys queso, advocating for underdogs, and proving to her daughter she can accomplish anything.
