Yogi. Dog mom. Athlete.
I am not one of those people who has been in yoga their entire life. I was a distance runner until a back injury took me out of the game and I didn't know what to do to help my injured body or spirit. A dear friend took me to my first yoga class and I have not looked back. I love how yoga helped me grow spiritually and physically; teaching me to listen to, love and respect my body unconditionally. I couldn't wait to share this gift with the world.
I am a 200-hour RYT with Yoga Alliance, specializing in restorative practice and core work. I enjoy linking the breath with movement set to an eclectic collection of music, from Incubus and Outkast to Govinda and Manose.
My greatest joy in guiding your practice is to provide a safe space for you to find stillness and the ability to hear your inner voice, creating a more meaningful connection with yourself and the universe.
Off the mat I love to cook, play with my dogs, go to concerts and play at game nights with friends.
