Kerry is a native New Yorker, turned Southern California girl. After 30 years in Huntington Beach, CA she moved to Atlanta and was craving something new – something to enrich her mind, body and spirit. After taking as many different types of yoga classes and workshops as possible, this new found passion led her to explore yoga even more deeply by enrolling in her 200 hour YTT, lead by Kim Saunders at Lift Yoga Studio. Upon completion of her 200 hour YTT she immediately enrolled in her 300 hour YTT at the Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, NC and is planning to have her 500 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification in 2020.

Kerry’s extensive career as a healthcare professional brings a nurturing and mindful aspect to her teaching and aids in her understanding and application of anatomy and alignment in her asana sequences, ques and hands on assists. Kerry is currently teaching Yoga Nidra, Slow Flow and YIN, Restorative Yoga and Meditation. Knowing how greatly her yoga experience has affected her life, Kerry has a strong desire in her heart to share these practices with others.

Kerry loves hiking, mountain biking, surfing, forest bathing and ALL THINGS with her amazing Lift Yoga tribe!
