Rachel began practicing yoga in 2000 after her best friend college recommended, she try it. Her first experience with yoga was Bikram Yoga, she loved the heat but struggled with enjoying the sequence. After a little searching, she stumbled upon a Baptiste Affiliate Studio in DC. It was love at first practice. The heat combined with movements for the first time really got her out of her head. After just a few practices she could already feel a difference in herself physically and mentally.
Rachel is from Northern Virginia, a suburb outside of DC. She moved to Atlanta 11 years ago.
