Anessia discovered yoga in 2015 after losing 27 pounds. Her wellness coach encouraged her to try every exercise possible. When Anessia discovered that yoga was so much more than exercise, she couldn’t imagine life without it.
As a passionate yoga teacher with experience designing and leading vinyasa flow, yin, and restorative yoga classes, she believes in creating an experience that teaches people to heal themselves inside and out.
In her 200-hour yoga teacher training she acquired knowledge about postures, anatomy, breathing techniques, mindfulness, meditation, and spiritual/philosophical elements of yoga.
She is eager to share her expertise and excitement with yoga students of all ages, shapes, sizes, and levels.
