gruvnYOGA provides a welcoming atmosphere to all, with wonderful & experienced yoga teachers. They also offer a weekly Y12SR class, one of very few that do in the metro Atlanta area. Whether you want to practice in studio or join online yoga classes, gruvnYOGA provides a variety of classes for all levels in a safe, comfortable setting.

Each class has a different flavor from the sweat inducing Power classes, to the gentle Flow classes that help with strength, balance & focus, to the Yin & Restore classes for stress relief and relaxation.
