Originally from Ireland, Emma brings a gentle, grounded presence to her teaching—one that invites students to return home to themselves. With a background in Applied Biology and Biopharmaceutical Science, she blends a deep appreciation for the human body with an intuitive understanding of the heart and mind.

Emma is a E~RYT-200 yoga instructor and with additional training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Holistic Coaching, Compassionate Inquiry and Yin Yoga. Her classes are infused with themes of acceptance, nervous system regulation, empowerment, authenticity, and vulnerability. She weaves these threads together through trauma-informed language and a warm, invitational approach that honors each student’s unique experience.

Guided by the principles of positive psychology—the science of human flourishing—Emma sees yoga as a pathway to rediscover inner wholeness. She is passionate about creating spaces where students feel safe to soften, explore, and reconnect with their essence. Through mindful movement, stillness, and reflection, Emma aspires to help others live a bold and beautiful life that feels true to their heart.
