Each class has a different flavor from the sweat inducing Power classes, to the gentle Flow classes that help with strength, balance & focus, to the Yin & Restore classes for stress relief and relaxation. Heather, the owner, has created an uplifting and encouraging space, with instructors who are supportive and provide clear directions. No matter your skill level, there's a class to fit!
