Want to bring the child-like innocence of play into your life – forgetting all about the outside world and being fully present in the fun you create in your own inner world?
Let go of worry and immerse yourself in an hour and a half of freedom in the form of dance!
The communal space is safe, substance- and judgment-free. There is no choreography or moves, so you don’t have to know how to dance. You just have to be willing to move according to how you feel, following your inner wisdom. There’s no way to do it wrong.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring a water bottle, an open heart, and an open mind.
