Do you enjoy yoga? Do you like meditation? What about painting? Have you ever tried all three of these in one practice?
Introducing our very first FLOW-GLOW-SOUL workshop! A fun and inspirational 90-minute workshop designed to rekindle your internal flame and embrace the new year ahead.
We will FLOW in a 30min all-levels vinyasa practice, then we'll GLOW in a brief meditation session, followed by water color painting to express our SOUL! Reignite your creativity, set your intention for 2021 and cultivate balance for your mind, body and spirit.
Bring your yoga mat and water bottle - other supplies are included and you get to take home your creation!
