Do you want to try yoga but nervous about joining a group class for the first time?
Have you tried a yoga class but felt a little lost?
This Yoga for Beginners Workshop, taught by Heather, is perfect for those ready to take the first steps of their yoga journey.
After learning the fundamentals, you will feel comfortable joining any yoga class. Session will include review of the 8 Limbs of Yoga, with a focus on learning pranayama (breathing styles), common asanas (poses) and various asana flow sequences.
Workshop will be 50% discussion/demonstration and 50% physical practice.
