About the Event
A specialized training focused on getting you out of your head, getting your feet off the ground, and getting you into your crow pose safely. This two-hour workshop will cover wrist care/strengthening, chaturanga form, crow, baby crow (pictured) and other crow progressions. A fun-filled class with one of your favorite instructors - Candace!
