About the Event
This class will include yoga, meditation, breath work, stabilizing exercises, and a sharing circle.
Our practice will focus on building a deeper connection to self and bringing awareness to your body while increasing strength, stamina and flexibility.
You'll be guided by Lauren Bernazza, RYT200 & RPYT, Birth and Postpartum Doula, and Childbirth Educator.
Please consult with your care provider prior to starting a movement practice in pregnancy and postpartum.
