About the Event
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
Bring a loved one to share in this FREE 75min class and complete an act of service by donating a TOY for our MUST Ministries toy drive (cash donations also accepted).
You will be guided through a series of postures, linking movement with your breath. The physical poses and movement will build strength and encourage mobility. Stretching and final rest will transition you back to a peaceful center.
No experience needed!
We are grateful for YOU and this community, and want to share yoga as our gift to you :-)
