Y12SR is a donation-based that provides a safe space to connect with others through group sharing, and to connect with yourself through movement. We accept donations via cash or Venmo and 100% will be contributed to MUST Ministries. support group
Y12SR stands for 'Yoga of 12 Step Recovery' and we use the guiding principals of 12-steps, along with yoga philosophy, to help provide added support with relapse prevention or just to help manage any addictive behaviorBut,. you do not have to be an addict to attend this group!
This group is open to who is currently on life's journey of spiritual awakening and would like some support along the way - that's all of us! Or maybe you're struggling and need a place to share with others who will just listen.anyone
