Heather Taylor
RYT200

Heather began practicing yoga at age 10 with a YogaKids VHS (very '90s) gifted to her by her aunt. This launched a lifelong journey into yoga that carried Heather through good times and bad.
After moving back to the Atlanta area in 2023 after a two year jaunt in Kodiak, Alaska, Heather began attending classes at Gruvn and fell in love with the studio. This inspired her to participate in their Yoga Teacher Training program, completing it in February 2026.
Her favorite styles of yoga run the gamut from Restorative to Warm Power. She truly believes all styles of yoga serve a function in one season or another. She loves teaching Slow Flow -- emphasizing mindful movement and mind-body connection.
She believes in the healing power of yoga for the body and mind as a whole and also loves digging deeper into yogic philosophy. She loves sharing yoga with everyone, and seeing the joy or "aha" moments it brings to its practitioners.
