Heather Peace
Studio Owner/RYT200

I believe yoga is the best practice to keep our body, mind and emotions healthy throughout our entire lifespan. In addition to physical benefits, yoga has led me to find inner peace, gratitude and hope through the biggest challenges of my life.
My purpose is to offer this therapeutic practice to others, not only through teaching, but in creating a space in my community where souls can connect, strengthen and grow together.
After 20 years of personal practice, I trained to become a yoga instructor in 2019.
I left my corporate career to open this yoga studio in February 2020. YES, one month before the COVID pandemic began! My dream survived, and our community is thriving...better yet, it's full of acceptance, authenticity, and love.

My specialty is Chair Yoga, and I also train other yoga teachers in this fully accessible style. My yoga class incorporates intentional breathing, playful humor, and a focused awareness on how our body feels during practice. I love to connect personally with my students and encourage them to make the practice their own.
I have lived in Northeast Cobb since 2004 and I’m so proud to call this place my home!

I believe that serving my neighbors with the gift of yoga is what I was born to do.
I also love cooking, attending concerts, camping and singing my heart out! My ‘Brady Bunch’ is what keeps me going, and I couldn’t do this without the support of my husband Jay (also a yoga teacher) and my kids ~ Pepper, Kane, Poet and Rayne.
