I believe yoga is the best practice to keep our body, mind and emotions healthy throughout our entire lifespan. In addition to fitness benefits, yoga has led me to find inner peace, gratitude and hope during some very dark times in my journey.
My purpose is to bring this therapeutic practice to others, not only through teaching, but in creating a space in my community where other souls can connect, strengthen and grow together. After 20 years of personal practice, I set out to become a 200-hr registered yoga instructor in 2019 and walked away from a corporate career to fulfill this purpose.
I have lived in Northeast Cobb for 15 years and I’m so proud to call this community my home! I believe that serving my neighbors with the gift of yoga is what I was born to do. I also love cooking, hiking, camping and singing my heart out! My ‘Brady Bunch’ at home are what keep me going, and I couldn’t do this without the support of Jay, Tyler, Pepper, Kane, Poet and Rayne.
My yoga classes incorporate breathing exercises, humor, a focus on how your body feels, great music and gentle hands-on assistance. I love to connect personally with my students and encourage them to make the practice their own.
