Jay is an RYT200 yoga instructor and US military veteran with a deep commitment to helping you improve your physical mobility and mental wellbeing. He currently teaches Hatha (isometric strength training), Vinyasa (flowing breath to movement), and Deep Stretch (evidence-based yin for flexibility) classes.

In addition to teaching yoga, Jay loves being a husband to Heather and a dad to all their children. Jay also enjoys Star Wars, camping/outdoors, philosophical conversations, and rowdy game nights with friends.
