"In my personal practice, I approach yoga like a martial art (a combination of mindful movement and meditative breathing to strengthen both the body and mind.) while also embracing the other aspects of yoga that we use to help guide our daily lives (compassion, acceptance, humility, balance, kindness, etc..).

In my classes, you can expect a fun, inviting environment with a focus on alignment/technique, mindful breathing, and  the occasional Star Wars reference."

A military veteran from a military family, Jay moved to the Atlanta area in 2006 after living in multiple states and countries. Jay loves Star Wars, camping/outdoors, philosophical conversations, and poorly playing guitar while Heather sings her heart out.
