Jen is a Yoga Therapist, and has completed over 800 hours of training. She will sit for her Certification through the International Association of Yoga Therapists in early 2026. As a Yoga Therapist, Jen professionally uses the many principles and practices of yoga to promote health and well-being. A therapeutic relationship is created that includes personalized assessment, goal setting, lifestyle management, and yoga practices for individuals and small groups.
Being in collaboration with the client and any medical professionals is essential for success. Concerns such as physical pain, autoimmune diseases, PTSD, anxiety & depression, chronic fatigue and gastrointestinal problems are only a few of the reasons to see a Yoga Therapist.
Jen is an RYT200, certified to teach Restorative Yoga, Yin, Yoga Nidra. She is a Certified Grief Yoga Teacher®, and Certified Grief Educator. She is a Physical Therapist Assistant of 29 years and is faculty in a Physical Therapist Assistant program. She has a professional history of guiding individuals who have experienced physical trauma, been impacted by neurological disorders and/or serious, chronic illness and is educated regarding Osteoporosis and Yoga.
Jen loves to read, travel, be with her family and is a life-long student. In Fall 2025, she will begin iRest Yoga Nidra certification and Continuing Physical Therapy Education for Craniosacral therapy.
