I've pursued physical fitness my entire life. I grew up as a ballet and modern dancer. I started teaching and choreographing when I was all of 12 years old and I've never stopped building on that foundation.

In addition to my dance background, I became a certified neuromuscular therapist in 2008. I am also a E~500 RYT, which just means I am a yoga teacher with a lot of training under my belt. I've traveled the world to gain that education so my teaching incorporates a lot of different approaches, which I blend to create a customized experience for my students.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine, a certified Group Fitness Instructor through the Athletics & Fitness Association, and am a certified Women's Coaching Specialist through Girls Gone Strong.
I firmly believe people are happier and healthier when they do things they love so my goal has always been to demystify fitness for clients, to find ways to build on the things they naturally enjoy!
