Melanie McNally is an E-200 RYT, 500 RYT, and has been practicing yoga for over 25 years.
She is in her third year of Yoga Therapy training and will soon also be a Certified Yoga Therapist.
She is highly trained, able to accommodate all skill levels, and is trauma-informed. Melanie is known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and compassion-center philosophy.
She loves teaching conscious breathing, movement, and focusing on attention to help bring the nervous system back into balance.
When she's not guiding classes at the yoga studio, she's teaching at addiction recovery and senior living centers.
Melanie is also a First Aid, CPR, and Basic Life Support instructor/ instructor trainer.
