Tina Eustace
E~RYT200/RYT500

Tina arrived in Atlanta in 2018 from England and earned her RYT500 yoga teacher certification in 2025.
Practicing yoga in the UK and all around Europe for over 10 years, I found yoga better than any physical therapy I had ever received following 2 large surgeries. I also found that no matter where I was in the world yoga was my home-base.
I’ve been a regular class member at gruvnYOGA since 2020 and pride myself on trying every single style and every single teacher. I’m at the studio most days and joke that it’s my second home.
I have continued to delve deeper into my personal learning, 200 hrs was just the tip of the iceberg! I have been lucky to take yin training with Bernie Clark and Jo Phee, gaining specialised training in Chinese Meridian Yin. In addition, I hold certifications in restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Deep stretch.
I was honoured to lead a class on Yoga for Menopause a subject that continues to be of great interest to me. In addition, I found my love for offering gentle hands-on assists during my classes which has lead me to taking and continuing my education in acupressure and Thai bodywork. I am also a Reiki practitioner and love co-leading the Reiki & restore workshops at Gruvn.
My favourite styles are yin, Yoga Nidra and Slow Flow. I can’t wait to share everything I've learned with you.
When I’m not practicing yoga, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 sons. We love going to concerts together. I adore my rescue dog Ivy, drinking tea and obviously an avid follower of the Royal family too!
