I arrived in Atlanta in 2018 from England. I am a newly qualified 200-RYT, trained under the YTT Collective.

Practicing yoga in the UK and Pilates for around 10 years, I found yoga better than any physical therapy I had ever received following 2 large surgeries.

I’ve been a regular class member at gruvnYOGA since June 2020 and pride myself on trying every single style and every single teacher. I’m at the studio most days, I joke that it’s my second home!


I have continued to delve deeper into my personal learning, 200 hrs was just the tip of the iceberg!  I was honored to lead a class on Yoga for menopause a subject that continues to be of great interest to me.  In addition, I found my love for offering gentle hands-on assists during my classes which has lead me to  taking and continuing my education in acupressure and massage for yoga.

My favorite styles are Slow flow, Yin and meditation. I can’t wait to share everything I’ve learned with you!


When I’m not practicing yoga, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 sons, we love going to concerts together. I adore my rescue dog Ivy, drinking tea and obviously an avid follower of the Royal family too!
