I arrived in Atlanta in 2018 from England. I am a newly qualified 200-RYT, trained under Kim Saunders of the YTT Collective.
One of the first things I sought out when I arrived to the US was regular yoga classes. Practicing yoga in the UK and Pilates for around 10 years, I found yoga better than any physical therapy I had ever received following 2 large surgeries.
I’ve been a regular class member at gruvnYOGA since June 2020 and pride myself on trying every single style and every single teacher. I’m at the studio most days, I joke that it’s my second home!
I wasn’t sure if I would be ready to teach, but I knew that learning more about yoga, going deeper into my personal learning was absolutely the right thing to do.
My favorite styles are Vinyasa flow, Yin and meditation. I can’t wait to share everything I’ve learned with you!
When I’m not practicing yoga, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 sons, we love going to concerts together. I adore my rescue dog Ivy, drinking tea and obviously an avid follower of the Royal family too!
